Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Advisor to join our team at Everflow.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced and diverse team, providing an unrivalled service to our customers while cross-selling multiple utilities and winning new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-selling multiple utilities and additional Everflow products
  • Generating quotations to new and existing customers using our custom-built system
  • Handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to customers
  • Accurately inputting outcomes to Sales Force CRM
  • Offering quotations to business customers and closing business
  • Handling objections and listening to customer needs
  • Assisting with customer queries and managing workload to ensure high levels of productivity

Requirements

  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong relationship-building skills
  • Confidence and work ethic to talk with business owners every day
  • Enthusiasm to overcome challenges and talk about Everflow with passion and pride
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • UK telecoms or other utility industry knowledge (desirable)
  • Ability to work to a high standard with good timekeeping and prioritize workload
  • Self-motivated and a team player with IT literacy (Microsoft Office)
