**Your Role**

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing store profitability while providing industry-leading service on the high street.

You will represent JD Sports in the most professional manner, dealing with customer enquiries and complaints, and resolving issues and requests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the store team to drive sales and maximize store profitability.
  • Provide industry-leading service on the high street.
  • Represent JD Sports in the most professional manner.
  • Deal with customer enquiries and complaints, and resolve issues and requests.
  • Have a strong understanding of customer service measuring programs, customer satisfaction surveys, and the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Analyze Oracle reports to make key sales decisions.
  • Manage in-store devices to capitalize on a wider range of products.
  • Use the store's dashboard to analyze footfall, average transaction value, and conversion, and apply this to the store environment.
  • Follow a weekly brief and apply it to the store, maintaining high visual standards.
  • Attract, engage, and motivate customers into making purchases in-store using the latest visual techniques.
  • Ensure mannequins, displays, and windows are updated in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Hold regular training meetings within the store to ensure the team maintains high standards.
  • Prioritize management development using the in-house Trainee Management Academy.
