Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Drive customer service standards in your store, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Sales and Profitability: Drive sales in store and ensure site profitability through effective management of sales teams and inventory.
- Team Development: Train, coach, and develop your team to achieve their full potential and meet business objectives.
- Brand Standards: Maintain company and brand standards, adhering to health and safety guidelines and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve store and company key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective management and leadership.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with current trends and competitor analysis to ensure our stores remain competitive.
- Shop Floor Presence: Be an active presence on the shop floor, leading by example and demonstrating a commitment to customer service and sales excellence.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience as a Store Manager or General Manager in a large format or big box retail environment. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and customer service excellence.
