About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Initial Medical, a leading provider of Clinical Waste Management services in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and source new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue
  • Work closely with our technical team to provide solutions to customers' waste management needs
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on long-term contracts and revenue growth
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector and waste management industry
