Job Title:

Finance Business Partner - Typhoon Future Capability

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Typhoon Future Capability team as a Finance Business Partner, providing business partner support to the project teams responsible for increasing the capability of the Typhoon aircraft.

About the Role:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver superior business performance, providing financial insight and proposed actions to improve the underlying financial performance, and partnering with the business to identify ways to maximise Return on Sales.

You will also be working across the different elements of our Finance teams to optimise performance, driving process improvements, and ensuring there is focus on maximising operating cash flows.

Your Skills and Experience:

We are looking for a fully qualified CIMA, ACA, or ACCA professional with experience of people management and development, and experience as a Finance Business Partner engaging with non-Financial staff and providing decision support to stakeholders.

Desirable skills include experience of working in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business acumen and the ability to provide financial insight and proposed actions to improve the underlying financial performance.
