About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Partner to join our Customer Services function. As a key member of the Finance Business Partnering team, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial decision-making, planning, and reporting across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in commercial finance business partnering and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for providing analytical rigour to the process of evaluating operational and financial performance, navigating challenges from shaping long-term strategy to driving short-term performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the Global Customer Services team to deliver optimal business results
  • Performing detailed financial modelling, analysis, and post-implementation review for various activities
  • Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, working with market finance teams to ensure collaboration and consensus
  • Actively engaging in the month-end process, leading thorough and timely reviews and analysis
  • Maintaining and updating monthly KPI reporting, including commentary on material movements to target
  • Working on ad-hoc analysis and projects
