We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Pennine Care NHS FT. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality psychological services to patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of psychologically informed care plans for patients with complex mental health conditions.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive assessments and interventions for patients with complex physical and mental health needs.
- Provide supervision and training to junior staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality psychological services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide policies and procedures to ensure high-quality psychological services are delivered across the organization.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care pathways for patients with complex needs.
- Postgraduate doctorate qualification in clinical psychology.
- Experience of working with complex mental health conditions, including trauma, anxiety, and depression.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
