This role is part of the McCann Synergy management team, where you'll contribute to the overall direction, support, and growth of the agency as it continues its growth aspirations.
Key Responsibilities- Create and implement strategic business development plans that are insight-led and aligned to our business strategy.
- Thrive on having accountability for new business development, generating client leads, developing proposals in partnership with internal teams, and achieving business growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Consultancy, Strategy, and Creative, to generate business leads and ensure growth of the agency.
- Build positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Network with the wider McCann Worldgroup teams to help identify opportunities where we can add greater value to existing client relationships.
- High acumen for demand generation, with the ability to lead, grow, and develop our acquisition strategy across all online and offline channels.
- A self-starting mentality, with the ability to identify commercial leads from an array of sources.
