The Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and executing outbound strategies to build relationships with key stakeholders, generate leads, and promote our organisation's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement outreach strategies promoting our product.
- Design content frameworks and outreach collateral that align with our brand voice and resonate with target audiences.
- Owning the outreach platform, ensuring its effective use in managing and optimising sales and outreach efforts.
- Developing and maintaining outreach sequences, templates, and workflows within the platform to support targeted and personalised communication.
- Monitoring and analysing the performance of outreach campaigns within the platform, making data-driven adjustments to enhance outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales communication, marketing communication, community management or a similar role.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in CRM, marketing automation tools, and sales engagement software.
- Solid project management, organisational, and multitasking capabilities.
- A strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to enhance sales effectiveness through communication strategies.
