We're looking for a dedicated and skilled Community Outreach and Development Manager to join our team at Zenobē. **About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious, talented, and enthusiastic about community outreach and development to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective community outreach and development strategies, managing day-to-day engagements with local communities, and building relationships with stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement corporate community outreach and development strategy and internal training programMeet with local community members to discuss concerns and issues, including travel to visit communities regularlyCollaborate with project teams to develop and lead programs of community outreach and development activities, meetings, events, and consultations to support battery projects and fleet electrification in the UKBrief and prepare communications responses for media, website, and social in partnership with agencies and internal teamsPrepare materials for community outreach and development activities and eventsDevelop, build, and strengthen relationships as point of contact for residents, communities, and local stakeholder groupsAttend regular public events acting as a representative of Zenobē

Your Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of community outreach and development requirements and processes in the UK, ideally in relation to large, complex projects
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and trust with various stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of presenting to a wide range of project stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial values
  • Excellent project management skills, including managing complex project issues, time, priorities, and logistics of community outreach and development activities and outputs
