We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing and Sustainability Manager to join our team at MRK Associates. As a key member of our Group Sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing our responsible sourcing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Deliver Responsible Sourcing Targets: Set priorities and direction for our responsible sourcing programme, ensuring targets and commitments are met.
  • Secure Sustainable Supply Commitments: Integrate sustainable supply commitments into our core business functions, mitigating risk of unsustainable supply of high-risk commodities.
  • Design and Implement Sustainable Sourcing Programmes: Develop and review the performance of our sustainable sourcing programme, including scope 3, deforestation, and other relevant sourcing targets.
  • Internal and External Expertise: Serve as the internal point of contact and expert for sustainable and responsible supply, and external point of contact for responsible sourcing issues.
  • Lead Ethical Audit Programme: Design, implement, and monitor the performance of our ethical audit programme across our supply chain, reporting progress annually in our Modern Slavery Act Statement.
