Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Assistant to join our Attendance Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the efficient processing of documentation and letters related to school attendance, child performance, employment, chaperones, and elective home education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update systems and processes to ensure parents, school staff, and other stakeholders receive an efficient and effective service.
  • Support the Attendance Team in processing documentation and letters related to school attendance, child performance, employment, chaperones, and elective home education.
  • Collaborate with the Attendance Team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Attendance Team as needed.
