Salary
We are offering an estimated salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum for this role, reflecting the level of experience required and the location. This salary package includes a competitive base salary and opportunities for professional development.

Job Description
As a Childcare Professional working towards your Level 3 qualification, you will be responsible for planning and supporting children's learning and development. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Supporting children with their education and personal care needs.
  • Working closely with external agencies to ensure seamless support for our children.
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's progress and updating their learning journals regularly.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • A Level 2 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent).
  • An understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
  • GCSEs A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths (or equivalent).
