We're seeking a seasoned Human Capital leader to join our EMEA team as Director of People and Culture. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive innovative solutions to support employee satisfaction and position TTEC as an employer of choice.

With a strong background in HR, you'll lead our Human Capital Team in multiple geos across EMEA, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional service experiences. Your experience in BPO or similar CX services organizations will be invaluable in this role.

As a remote-based opportunity, you'll have the flexibility to work from the UK, South Africa, Greece, Bulgaria, Egypt, or Poland. Our purpose is to deliver humanity to business, and we're committed to making a positive impact in our communities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business growth and employee engagement
  • Leading a high-performing Human Capital Team across multiple geos
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service experiences
