**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Reservoir Management Specialist to join our team at Morson Talent. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the management of water levels at Toddbrook Reservoir.

 

The successful candidate will have a strong background in reservoir operations and management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

 

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of water levels at Toddbrook Reservoir.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the reservoir.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of reservoir operations.
  • Contribute to the development of procedures and protocols for reservoir maintenance and operations.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. environmental science, engineering).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in reservoir operations or a related field.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
