Sales Director

As a Sales Director - Vascular Access, you will drive sales of our Vascular Access portfolio in the South West, Wales, and Central UK region. This field-based role involves working strategically with healthcare professionals across hospitals to meet their needs with tailored solutions.

About the Role:
- You will implement strategic and commercial plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and manage account plans, ensuring focus on priority accounts for growth and retention.
- Finding opportunities to expand the use of Vascular Access products in private and NHS healthcare settings.
- Conducting product evaluations and supporting procurement teams in selecting BD as their preferred partner.
- Regularly analyzing and sharing market insights to refine sales strategies.
About You:
- A background in healthcare sales, ideally with experience in Vascular Access products or a clinical environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and sales software such as Power BI or Salesforce.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
