About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) leader to manage our Dynamics 365 functional team. As the ERP Functional Support Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of our Enterprise Resource Planning system using the Dynamics 365 platform. You will lead a team of around 6 people and be accountable for the maintenance and development of the finance and operations modules within the Dynamics 365 application set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement ERP system processes, system controls, and system performance improvements in accordance with business requirements.
  • Facilitate close working relationships between subject matter experts (SMEs) and the wider business, including business process owners.
  • Own, develop, draft, and deliver an ERP functional improvement strategy, ensuring it's aligned with the ERP strategy and delivered to time and budget.
  • Ensure business and user needs are met by the deployed modules of Dynamics 365.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on issues and developments, providing clear recommendations and associated action plans to resolve problems and deliver improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations to identify best practices and implement changes to enhance our ERP system.

Requirements

  • Experience in business process improvement and IT change management.
  • Ability to manage support partners and vendors.
  • Detailed functional knowledge of one or more Dynamics 365 ERP modules is an advantage.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience of managing ERP systems and ERP management teams.
  • Experience working in or closely with HR, Finance, and Logistics.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
