Richard Abson Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Booking Administrator to join their team. As a Service Booking Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure that all reception booking procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor the online service system and respond to direct email booking requests in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to incoming service-related calls and advising customers on booking and scheduling.
  • Make follow-up calls to customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist Service Advisors with administration tasks as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong customer service background with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and ability to negotiate and influence situations.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Kerridge experience is desirable.
  • Excellent professional manner and communication skills.
