About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled SAP Senior Programme Manager to join their team. As a key member of the SAP team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP S4 HANA Finance Transformation Programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver complex SAP S4 HANA Finance Transformation Programmes with a strong focus on Central Finance and Group Reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions for Group Consolidation activities and areas.
  • Facilitate design workshops and translate client requirements into design.
  • Closely shape client's future finance roadmaps, involving redesigning and building their existing business processes.

Requirements
  • Strong experience of delivering end-to-end SAP S4 HANA Finance Transformation Programmes.
  • Deep knowledge of Central Finance, Group Reporting of Group Consolidation activities and areas.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in running and supporting pre-sales activities, RFPs, demos, and client engagement.
