About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing FOIA, EIR, and DPA requests, sourcing records, and responding to public, patient, and external agency inquiries. You will also review and update policies related to FOI, EIR, and DPA, maintain accurate databases, and deliver training sessions and workshops for staff members.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant degree with 1 year of experience in IG or equivalent qualifications and experience.
  • Operational experience in information requests or records management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
  • Understanding of FOIA, DPA, GDPR, and records management processes.

Estimated Salary: £28,407 per year + comprehensive benefits package
