Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Service Overview:

Our Family Residential Centre is a unique and innovative service that provides residential placements for parents and their children. This service is designed to assess parenting capacity and provide a safe and structured living environment for families to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child and family
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care
