Are you an experienced leader in residential care? We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead our small-sized home in the Plymouth area, providing quality-focused care for older adults with dementia.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy, registered with CQC. They should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, ensuring a high standard of care and support for our residents.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, developing care plans, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will also contribute to the development of our care home, ensuring it remains a beautiful and welcoming environment for our residents.

We offer a competitive salary, approximately £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of carers and support staff

  • Maintain accurate records and reports
