Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Manager to lead our residential care team in Plymouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and ensuring the home meets CQC standards.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or Deputy with a strong background in care to join our team. You will be responsible for managing budgets and resources, leading a team of carers, and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification or Deputy with strong background in care
  • Experience in residential care
  • Strong leadership and management skills

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
