We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Fostering Team Manager to join our team in Devon. As a manager, you will oversee the provision of support services for foster care, ensuring that children receive high-quality care and support.

Job Description

The successful candidate will lead and manage the Fostering team, overseeing day-to-day support and assessments. This includes working closely with social work teams, families, carers, and multi-agency partners to ensure children's needs are met and support services are accessible.

The ideal candidate will have post-qualified experience, a degree in Social Work, and be registered with SWE. You will also need to be eligible to work in the UK and have access to a car.
