Mental Health Team Lead

Livewell Southwest is an independent social enterprise delivering integrated health and social care services across the region. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) in delivering high-quality services to children, young people, and their families.
Job Description- We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for the operational management of the MHST, including line management of staff, financial management, and performance evaluation. You will work closely with other members of the CYPFS management team to develop and implement the Trail Blazer Mental Health Support Teams (MHST).
The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in a relevant field, such as nursing, occupational therapy, or social work. They will also have experience of working within a community children's service setting, providing clinical supervision, and managing staff.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the MHST provides a high-quality service to meet the local needs of children, young people, and their parents/carers. This will involve developing and implementing effective strategies for risk management, budget management, and staff development.
