  • Prepare the commercial aspects of bids, working with the Estimating Officer as required with respect to the pricing aspects of each bid, ensuring the timely submission of the bids, taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process, with all necessary procedures and governance adherence / sign off.
  • Produce, and where relevant assist with production of, high quality final bid documents within defined tender deadlines.
  • Provide commercial support to the Business Development team to assist with the securing of new opportunities with existing and new customer base and acting as the primary Commercial point of contact for those customers.
  • Organise and lead the associated Gate Reviews for bids, producing high quality PowerPoint presentations.
  • Have basic contracts terms and conditions knowledge to support the Senior Legal & Commercial Manager with respect to terms and conditions queries and contract negotiations.
  • Work with the relevant Project / Programme Managers to provide Commercial support with respect to the execution of contracts / programmes.
