**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to each resident's unique requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centred care to residents with complex needs.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Registered General Nurse (RGN).
  • Experience in mental health care, particularly with challenging behaviours.
  • Strong communication, administrative, and computer skills.

  • Estimated salary: £35,100 - £40,950 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week.
