We are looking for a highly skilled Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in the General Medicine department, specialising in Renal care. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with trained nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and support.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and compassionate individual to contribute to the delivery of evidenced-based practice to patients and clients. The post holder will assist with direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and on completion of agreed competencies.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care and support in accordance with NHS guidelines.
  • Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance clinical skills.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative working environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service.
