As a Business Development Manager for OEM sales at Adecco, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships and driving profitable sales within our strategic sales segments in the UK.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed turnover and gross profit targets.
  • Create and implement account plans for new customers, aligning with our sales strategy and outlining objectives, strategies, resources, and tactics.
  • Effectively position our value proposition to prospects and customers, leveraging customer service partners and other departments.
  • Manage and develop a pipeline of new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Grow a network of prospects through personal curiosity and ambition, converting leads into sales.
  • Analyse prospect and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.

Key Qualities: entrepreneurial mindset, ability to see opportunities for new business or expansion, and effectively managing and developing the pipeline.

Requirements: ability to understand the value of personal branding and effectively use it to grow the network of prospects and convert leads into sales.
