- Reglaze timber fencing and gates
- Carry out minor plumbing activities and patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling
- Served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
- Experience of working as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber and the installation of wet rooms & Disabled adaptions
- Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline
- Plastering trade discipline (desirable)
- Ability to carry out multi skill trades
- Housing Association experience is essential
- Driving licence is essential
- Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and have own tools
