**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and practical individual to join our team as a Quarry Management Trainee.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe operations and compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

You will also support quarry planning, manage contractors, conduct routine safety checks, and assist with performance management, maintaining production levels, and implementing quality control measures.

In addition, you will learn extraction, processing systems, and clay technology to optimize efficiency, handle paperwork, performance tracking, and budget management for the quarry, and build links with local organisations and understand customer processes.
