We are excited to offer an opportunity for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Quarry Management Trainee. This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills and knowledge in quarry management, while gaining valuable industry experience and a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
As a Quarry Management Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of the quarry, including:
- Overseeing production processes
- Ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits including hands-on training and opportunities for career progression within the company.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject, such as business administration, operations management or a related field. You will also need excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
