About the Role

The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing and developing business sales and profitability budgets through the initiation and development of new footwear product ranges to meet the commercial requirements of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage new footwear product ranges to ensure continuity in business requirements and satisfy customer needs.
  • Maintain awareness of customers' overall business requirements and plans to maximize opportunities for further business growth.
  • Control and manage costs within agreed budget levels, including travel, samples, and sample freight costs.
  • Evaluate and interpret market trends to initiate and drive new material and component development aligned with market direction.
  • Negotiate cost and selling prices of products in line with agreed targets, creating costings and progressing to final approval.
  • Monitor and control operating costs of the Product Team Design functions within budgeted expenditure levels.
  • Perform additional duties as requested or delegated by management.
Requirements:
  • Fashion footwear background from a similar environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate confidence, agility, and determination in assuming control of projects.
  • Lateral thinking and quick decision-making skills to manage processes and deliver results on time.
  • Demonstrable organization and time management skills.
  • A positive mental attitude and ability to work effectively in teams or independently.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with all audiences.
  • Dexterity and agility.
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Patient, passionate, and willing to impart knowledge on others.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
