Senior Account Executive

At TransPerfect, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
- Manage and coordinate complex localization projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
- Proven track record of account growth and revenue expansion
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
