Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Advisor to join our team at Handle Recruitment. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving technical issues, and providing product training to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Training: Develop and deliver product training sessions, demos, and maintain training materials to ensure our clients have a comprehensive understanding of our digital products.
  • Onboarding: Assist new clients and trial users in fully utilizing our digital products, converting them to live users, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Communication: Communicate with clients about scheduled downtimes, system updates, and new product functionalities, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing customer impact.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Record customer interactions and provide feedback reports to product teams, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proactive and Customer-Focused: Demonstrate a proactive approach to customer support, prioritizing their needs and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues, gather and interpret customer feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
