About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our client's UK team. As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for the UK business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support business growth and profitability
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Oversee the financial reporting function, including the preparation of financial statements and management reports
  • Manage and develop a team of finance professionals to ensure effective delivery of financial services
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies
