Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to work with a local consultancy organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong Risk Management experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on risk management and cost control to clients and project teams.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports and recommendations to clients and project teams.
Requirements:
  • Professional Status: MRICS Chartered Status.
  • Qualifications: A Degree Qualification in Quantity Surveying from a recognized British University.
  • Years of Experience: 5-10 years of experience post-degree, with a focus on Risk Management.
  • Location Experience: Preference for Middle East or Overseas experience, although candidates without this experience will be considered if they have extensive Risk Management experience.
  • Risk Management: Excellent experience of Risk Management as a Quantity Surveyor, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.
  • Other experience: Majority of work experience with a Cost Consultancy organization.
  • Project Experience: Experience of luxury high-rise residential, airports, tunnels, roads, or utility buildings, industrial projects.
  • Preference for Single Status candidates.
What We Offer:
  • Total package: Dhs per month (including medical insurance and 30 calendar days per annum).
  • 5-day week, Monday – Friday, 7am-4:30pm.
  • Mobilisation and demobilisation flights.
