Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Sales Development Manager (Pensions). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the pensions sector.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of pension sales and business development, with a proven track record of success. They will be confident in their ability to build relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
You will work closely with other areas of the business to build brand awareness and cross-sell into existing client bases. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pension administration and a working knowledge of competitors in the marketplace. They will also have previous experience in a sales-based role or as a Client Manager/Consultant with cross-selling experience.
This is a hybrid working structure with locations in Surrey, West Yorkshire, or Hertfordshire office. The salary for this position is approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
