About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Quality Assurance team for Land Systems. As the Head of Product Assurance and Quality Leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our Land Systems portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Quality Assurance team to ensure the development and implementation of effective quality management systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality metrics and reporting to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement business strategies that align with quality objectives.
  • Manage external relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality Assurance field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to run reports in Excel and use SAP QM system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
