Care South is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Team Member to join our team at Maiden Castle House, a state-of-the-art residential and dementia care home in Dorset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside a team of Care Assistants to provide guidance and support throughout their shift.
- Identify the individual needs and abilities of our residents to deliver person-centered care.
- Support residents to maintain their independence and provide companionship.
- Act as a point of escalation for any incidents or events in the home.
- Contribute to creating a co-operative, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere in the home.
Requirements:
- Naturally caring and compassionate individual.
- Ability to inspire and nurture the team to be at their best every day.
- Completed or working towards an NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
- Previous care experience with knowledge and understanding of care planning and administering medication.
