Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes? Do you have a compassionate and patient approach to caring for others? We're seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant in Dorchester and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Manage medications and administer as required
  • Cook or prepare hot meals and assist with domestic tasks
  • Provide companionship, reassurance, and joy to our clients
