About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electromechanical specialist to join our team in Crewe. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing electrical and mechanical maintenance on plant, equipment, and building services.

Your primary duties will include identifying and managing risks associated with equipment on site, updating drawings, identifying critical spares, improving performance of machinery, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.

You will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes working with new equipment and technologies to maintain a working production environment, liaising with clients on requests for certain machinery PPMs, and fault finding on all types of machinery.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, as well as experience working with 3-phase motors, drives, and inverters. Proficiency in PLC diagnostics and repair is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
