Production Operative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our client's food production team in Buckie, Moray.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and packing products with precision and efficiency
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure high-quality products
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Storing items within the warehouse in a safe and secure manner
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the supervisor
  • Meeting production targets and deadlines
  • Slicing and cutting a variety of food items with accuracy and speed
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of 11.50 to 17.50 p/h
  • The opportunity to work on a variety of shifts, including early and back shifts
  • Guaranteed weekly overtime paid at 1.5X
  • A company pension and 28 days holiday, increasing with duration of employment
  • A refer a friend programme to earn an extra 200
  • Transport provided to and from Aberdeen city centre for both the start and finish times of your shifts

Please note that this role involves a lot of manual handling, and previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or other fast-paced environment is ideal. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions, we encourage you to apply.
