Food and Beverage Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at ASM Global - Europe. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless food and beverage operations, ensuring a consistently high standard of service for all guests.
You will assist the F&B Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage areas, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. This includes maximizing the use of available resources to ensure profitability and operational efficiency, leading and managing a team across various F&B areas, and coordinating with F&B Managers and other venue departments to ensure seamless event execution for clients.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with impeccable customer service skills and a passion for delivery with finesse. If you have experience operating in a fast-paced premium environment in either hospitality or retail, and a can-do approach with a positive attitude when it comes to facing challenges, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage areas.
- Maximize the use of available resources to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team across various F&B areas, including suites, VIP bars, kiosks, conference, and banqueting.
- Coordinate with F&B Managers, other venue departments, and external contractors to ensure seamless event execution for clients.
- Monitor and manage the EPOS system daily, providing reports as required.
- Oversee stock ordering in line with the events calendar and raise Purchase Orders according to company procedures in collaboration with the warehouse manager.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and aligned with upcoming events to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage staff, including casual employees, to maintain a high-performance team.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food hygiene regulations, and all relevant legislation within F&B operations.
