The successful candidate will have previous 5* hotel experience and a good knowledge of London. You will be aware of activities in the city, including theatre, arts, exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, and leisure activities, as well as familiar with local restaurants and able to establish contacts with them to provide maximum guest service.

You will perform all reasonable services a guest may require, anticipate guest requests and requirements, and ensure the proper handling of master keys, guest messages, mail, packages, flowers, and fax.

This is a permanent position, working 44 hours per week on a shift rota. The salary for this role is £26,175.00 + service charge.

Benefits include uniform provided and laundered complimentary, free meals on duty, and opportunity to join our taskforces to contribute to the business focuses, community, and environment.
