Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

Pinpoint Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing robust, user-friendly reporting and analysis to support business decision-making and objective delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes to support commercial finance.
  • Own the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Improve budgeting and forecasting processes through the development of financial modeling and forecasting tools.
  • Oversee all reporting requirements delivered by the Leadership Team across all commercial outputs.
  • Drive improvements in collaboration with key stakeholders, implementing change as necessary.
  • Provide financial analysis to improve business performance and drive profitability growth.
  • Determine best course of action to mitigate financial risks.
  • Identify weaknesses and perform risk evaluations of the company business plan and financial model.
  • Analyze current and past trends in business units.
  • Produce flash reporting for the Leadership Team.
  • Identify key trends and performance drivers, providing data to Business Partners.
  • Provide and review analysis to provide clarity and understanding of performance information for the Leadership Team and Senior Management Team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with first-time passes and a strong academic background.
  • Clear examples of business success in previous roles.
  • Confident with significant gravitas, able to challenge senior management and be a self-starter with the ability to implement change.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, analytical in thinking, and passionate about numbers.
