About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a couple who live together and require 24-hour care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centred care, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong work ethic. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing emotional support and companionship to the individuals
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal care and medication management
