Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Redcar Road. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a couple, David and Judith, who require 24-hour care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centered care, enabling them to live independently and maintain their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to David and Judith, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support David and Judith in their daily activities, including going out and staying in, watching TV, and listening to music.
  • Communicate effectively with the support team, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in catheter/stoma care and other areas relevant to the role.
