Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various care needs to live independently and participate in activities that bring them joy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with diverse care needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support
