This full-time/part-time position involves delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in our care home, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
  • Perform various nursing procedures, including wound care, catheterization, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills.
